1 - Please read carefully before making any form of payment

Credit Cards accepted

All Credit Card payments are subject to a fee of up to 3.6% (depending on the type of card used), which primarily will be waived, however, in the event of cancellation, any fee that is incurred, will be passed back to you, and deducted from your refund, which will also be subject to the higher of, a £10.00 administration fee, or where applicable a non-refundable £100.00 Deposit

Debit Cards accepted

No fees apply to Debit Card payments, however, any refund will be subject to the higher of, a £10.00 administration fee, or where applicable a non-refundable £100.00 Deposit.

Non-Card payments

No fees apply to Non-Card payments, however, any refund will be subject to the higher of, a £10.00 administration fee, or where applicable a non-refundable £100.00 Deposit.

Pupil Responsibility

2 - It is your responsibility as a pupil to

Ensure that you are fit to undertake the required tuition (see Q1 for details on Q&A).
Help keep the instructors working environment a safe place (see Q2 for details on Q&A).
Be prepared to work as part of a team.
Hold a valid UK Provisional Licence (your instructor will ask to see it).
Wear any necessary glasses or contact lenses during your tuition.
Inform the instructor of any relevant medical conditions that they should be made aware of for safety reasons.

Use of the instructor’s car for your Practical Driving Test

3 - On test day

Ultimate Flexi, Intensive and Quick Pass Driving Courses - The final hour of your course will be the time needed for you to take your actual Practical Driving Test, plus the time taken to return you home after your test has taken place, you will in effect be loaning the car for this hour, as the instructor will be unable to work whilst you have their car.
Get Ready for 17! "Bank the Ultimate" and "Bank a Course" plans - The final hour of your banked course (whichever type or option you choose) will be the time needed for you to take your actual Practical Driving Test, plus the time taken to return you home after your test has taken place, you will in effect be loaning the car for this hour, as the instructor will be unable to work whilst you have their car.
Pay As You Go Lessons - On the day of your Practical Driving Test, the final hour of your chosen lesson, will be the time needed for you to take your actual Practical Driving Test, plus the time taken to return you home after your test has taken place, you will in effect be loaning the car for this hour, as the instructor will be unable to work whilst you have their car.
FREE retest - On the day of your FREE retest, the final hour of your lesson, will be the time needed for you to take your actual FREE retest, plus the time taken to return you home after your test has taken place, you will in effect be loaning the car for this hour, as the instructor will be unable to work whilst you have their car.

Intensive Driving Courses

4 - Terms for our Intensive Driving Courses (also known as Crash Driving Courses)

By definition, our Intensive Driving Courses are designed to be just that, “Intensive”, and are to be completed between 5 and 12 days (1 to 2 weeks roughly), depending on the course taken, and your individual needs.
Lessons for Intensive Driving Courses are to be taken in 4 hour daily blocks.
The minimum Intensive Driving Course on offer, that is available with our Satisfaction Guarantee of a FREE retest, is 20 hours of tuition, which must be taken in daily blocks of lessons, leading up to a pre-booked test.
The FREE retest offer is only available on instructor recommended courses.

Swapping your course from an Intensive to a Quick Pass basis

If you book and pay for an Intensive Driving Course, but after thinking about it, change your mind and actually want to take the Quick Pass Driving Course instead, there will be an additional amount due of between £20.00 and £48.00, to cover the difference between the respective course prices.

Note - Please ensure that all monies due to L@@K! Driving School in relation to your course and any additional bolt-on services, is paid at least 14 days prior to your course commencing.

Quick Pass Driving Courses

5 - Terms for our Quick Pass Driving Courses (also known as Fast Track Driving Courses or Fast Pass Driving Courses)

A fantastic alternative to an Intensive Driving Course.
By definition, our Quick Pass Driving Courses are designed to be just that, “Quick”, and you should be looking to complete a 20 hour course in somewhere between 7 days and 5 weeks, and a 48 hour course between 16 days and 12 weeks.
The Quick Pass Driving Course is designed to have all the benefits of an Intensive Driving Course, but to be far less intensive, allowing flexibility and choice of the length of course.
Lessons for Quick Pass Driving Courses are to be taken in 2 hour blocks (or 3 hour blocks, or even a mixture if preferred), with a minimum of 2 lessons (4 hours tuition) each week, but you can do more lessons each week if you wish.
The minimum Quick Pass Driving Course on offer, that is available with our Satisfaction Guarantee of a FREE retest, is 20 hours of tuition, and lessons must be taken in minimum weekly blocks as stated, leading up to a pre-booked test.
The FREE retest offer is only available on instructor recommended courses.

Ultimate Flexi Driving Course

6 - Terms for our Ultimate Flexi Driving Course - all inclusive

By definition, our Ultimate Flexi Driving Course is designed to be just that, both "Ultimate and Flexible", and is designed to be completed between 6 and 8 weeks, however, you can complete it in as little as 12 days.
Lessons for the Ultimate Flexi Driving Course are completely flexible, and you have a choice of either 2 hour, 3 hour or 4 hour blocks (minimum 6 hours of tuition per week), you can mix and match accordingly.
Lessons, although flexible, must be taken in weekly blocks of lessons as specified, leading up to a pre-booked test.
The cashback offer in the form of high street vouchers, is only valid as a reward for a 1st time pass after the initial 48 hours of tuition, and where the reward is applicable, it will be paid after completion of the Ultimate Flexi Driving Course (following the FREE 2 hour Motorway Driving Lesson).
If unsuccessful on your test day first time around, the cashback offer is withdrawn, and will be replaced by a FREE retest and 4 extra FREE driving lessons at no extra cost.

The FREE 2 hour Motorway Driving Lesson is only valid

if the initial 48 hour course is completed, and you pass your actual Practical Driving Test, 1st time with us.
or if you fail your first attempt, but the extra 4 driving lessons (plus any chosen additional driving lessons) are completed, and the FREE retest is passed with us.
or if both tests as part of the plan are failed, and you continue your tuition with us, until you do pass
The FREE Motorway Driving Lesson will be withdrawn if the course and subsequent conditions are not met and maintained.
The FREE Motorway Driving Lesson will be withdrawn if you fail both attempts and decide to take your custom elsewhere.
Once withdrawn, the FREE Motorway Driving Lesson will not be re-instated.

Note - Please ensure that all monies due to L@@K! Driving School in relation to your course and any additional bolt-on services, is paid at least 14 days prior to your course commencing.

Discount for Early Booking - Intensive Driving Courses and Quick Pass Driving Courses ONLY (not applicable to Get Ready for 17! "Bank a Course" Plans)

7 - Early Booking (with FULL payment), within 14 days of your FREE “Where r u @?” Assessment Driving Lesson

Once you have completed your FREE “Where r u @?” Assessment Driving Lesson, if you are happy with the course that is recommended by your instructor, simply confirm your booking with us, by paying in FULL within 14 days, and as a reward, you will be eligible for the relevant discount below.

Early Booking Discount (Credit Card Payment) – we will discount your course by 25p per hour of tuition, saving you anything from £5.00 to £12.00.
Early Booking Discount (Non Credit Card Payment) – we will discount your course by 50p per hour of tuition, saving you anything from £10.00 to £24.00.

Additional benefits

This discount can be taken in addition to any Student Discount.
You can also benefit from additional discount by taking advantage of a bolt-on service, and although our bolt-on services are already at a fantastic discounted price, as a reward for your prompt payment, we will discount the price further, in line with the appropriate discount above.

8 - Early Booking (with PART payment), within 14 days of your FREE “Where r u @?” Assessment Driving Lesson

If you confirm your booking with us within 14 days of your FREE “Where r u @?” Assessment Driving Lesson, but do not pay for your course in FULL, the amount that you do pay (in excess of the £100.00 Deposit) within the 14 days, will still attract the relevant discount, but at a pro rata rate.

Example (based on a 50/50 payment)

If you book any of our courses and pay 50% upfront, the 50% upfront payment (less the £100.00 Deposit) will be subject to our relevant discounted rate, and the remaining 50% will be at our normal rate.

Note - Please ensure that all monies due to L@@K! Driving School in relation to your course and any additional bolt-on services, is paid at least 14 days prior to your course commencing.

Discount for Early Booking - Ultimate Flexi Driving Courses ONLY (excludes our Get Ready for 17! "Bank the Ultimate" plans)

9 - Early Booking (with FULL payment), within 14 days of your FREE “Where r u @?” Assessment Driving Lesson

Once you have completed your FREE “Where r u @?” Assessment Driving Lesson, if you are happy with the course that is recommended by your instructor, simply confirm your booking with us, by paying in FULL within 14 days, and as a reward, you will be eligible for the relevant discount below.

Early Booking Ultimate Flexi Discount (Credit Card Payment) – we will discount your course by £25.00.
Early Booking Ultimate Flexi Discount (Non Credit Card Payment) – we will discount your course by £50.00.

Additional Information

No other discounts are available for these particular courses.
There is also no pro rata discount available for these courses.
However, pass 1st time, and you will also get a reward of cashback.

Payment outside of the Early Booking Discount window

10 - Missing the Early Booking Discount Window

If you confirm your booking, but do not pay anything (except a Deposit) within 14 days of your FREE “Where r u @?” Assessment Driving Lesson, the price you pay will be our normal current course price, as per our pricing page.

Note - Please ensure that all monies due to L@@K! Driving School in relation to your course and any additional bolt-on services, is paid at least 14 days prior to your course commencing.

Deposit - Minimum payment required for booking confirmation – Courses ONLY

11 - Understanding the Deposit Terms

All course booking confirmations are subject to a minimum £100.00 Deposit.
Once your Deposit has been paid, Theory Test certificate number is known, and the Cooling Off period has expired, we will book your Practical Driving Test for you, along with all your lessons in leading up to it.

Note - Please ensure that all monies due to L@@K! Driving School in relation to your course and any additional bolt-on services, is paid at least 14 days prior to your course commencing.

Cooling off period – ONLY applicable for Courses

12 - Understanding the Cooling Off Terms

Once you have paid a minimum £100.00 Deposit to book your course, there will be a short Cooling Off period of 7 days, from the date your payment is made, where you have the right to change your mind.
If you change your mind within the Cooling Off period, and decide to cancel your course, you will be refunded, less a £10.00 administration fee, and also where applicable a Credit Card fee of up to 3.6%.

After the cooling off period has expired

Once the Cooling Off period has expired, your booking is deemed official and your Deposit becomes non-refundable.
Once you have passed the Theory Test and your certificate number is known, we will book your Practical Driving Test for you, along with all your lessons leading up to it.

Note - Please ensure that all monies due to L@@K! Driving School in relation to your course and any additional bolt-on services, is paid at least 14 days prior to your course commencing.

Bolt-on a Pass Plus Course or a Motorway Lesson

13 - Understanding how the Bolt-on Discount works

We also offer the Pass Plus Driving Course and/or a Motorway Driving Lesson as additional services, or as a bolt-on service, which can be added to your Intensive Driving Course or Quick Pass Driving Course at fantastic discounted prices.
The discounted price(s) are only applicable if the Pass Plus Driving Course and/or a Motorway Driving Lesson are taken simultaneously with, and paid for, at the same time as an Intensive Driving Course or Quick Pass Driving Course package, otherwise, normal prices apply.

Get Ready for 17! plans

"Bank a BTEC" Plans

14 - Terms for our "Bank the Ultimate" Plans - all inclusive

Before any pre-paid Ultimate Flexi Driving Course can commence, the proposed plan holder will need to

Ensure that they can meet and abide by all the pupil responsibilities listed at the top of this page (see term 2 for details).
Pass the Theory Test (certificate number is needed to book the pre-paid Practical Driving test).
Ensure that they can commit to at least 6 hours of tuition each week.

For these plans to remain valid, it is a requirement to

Pay all the specified regular weekly or monthly amounts, and on time.
Complete the payment term, as per the plan agreement.
If making a one-off payment, to ensure it is paid in the specified window.

Final payment requirements on plans

Course Plans 1 and 2 - The final regular payment needs to be paid at least 8 weeks (2 months) prior to the course commencing.
Course Plans 3 and 4 - The one-off payment needs to be paid at least 6 months prior to the course commencing.

How to pay requirements on plans

Course Plans 1 and 2 - Each require the set up of a Standing Order to make the regular payments.
Course Plans 3 and 4 - Requires a one-off Card payment, or a Direct Bank Transfer.

"Bank the Ultimate" Plans are all subject to

Normal Ultimate Flexi Driving Course rules (see term 6 for details).
Normal Deposit rules (see term 11 for details).
Normal Cooling Off rules (see term 12 for details).

Completed Plans

Once FULL payment has been received, we will arrange a FREE "Where r u @?" Assessment Driving Lesson, prior to the course commencing.
As soon as the Theory Test has been passed and the certificate number is known, we will book the Practical Driving Test, along with all your lessons leading up to it.

Incomplete or Part-paid plans (where regular payments have not been maintained)

If any plan is not adhered to, ie any payments are not made on time the

Cashback offer will be immediately withdrawn
FREE retest offer will be immediately withdrawn
Offer of an extra 4 FREE driving lessons will be immediately withdrawn
Offer of a FREE 2 hour Motorway Driving Lesson will be immediately withdrawn
once withdrawn these offers will not be re-instated.
A course may still continue, but on the basis of a normal Intensive Driving Course or Quick Pass Driving Course (without the FREE retest), providing FULL revised payment is received for the course (based on prices at the time), at least 14 days prior to the course commencing.
If a plan is started but not completed, the reduced amount that is actually paid, providing it is sufficient, can be used to purchase an alternative Get Ready for 17! plan, perhaps a "Bank a Block" plan and/or an "Easy Save" plan, in lieu of future Pay As You Go Driving Lessons.
It is a requirement that any amount held for incomplete plans, is utilised within a 6 month period (from the incomplete plan holders 17th birthday), any unused funds after 6 months will be forfeited.

Refund Policy

Any refund on a "Bank the Ultimate" plan, whether complete or incomplete, will be subject to our normal course rules, and a £100.00 non-refundable Deposit, plus where applicable a Credit Card fee of up to 3.6%, will be deducted from your refund.

"Bank a Course" Plans

15 - Terms for our "Bank a Course" Plans - Intensive Driving Course (also known as Crash Driving Course) and Quick Pass Driving Course (also known as Fast Track Driving Course and Fast Pass Driving Course)

Before any pre-paid Intensive Driving Course or Quick Pass Driving Course can commence, the proposed plan holder will need to

Ensure that they can meet and abide by all the pupil responsibilities listed at the top of this page (see term 2 for details).
Pass the Theory Test (certificate number is needed to book the pre-paid Practical Driving test).
Ensure that they can fit in 4 hours of tuition each weekday for a 2 week period, for the Intensive Driving Course option.
Or ensure that they can commit to at least 2 double lessons each week, for the Quick Pass Driving Course option.

For these plans to remain valid, it is a requirement to

Pay all the specified regular weekly or monthly amounts, and on time.
Complete the payment term, as per the plan agreement.
If making a one-off payment, to ensure it is paid in the specified window.

Final payment requirements on plans

Course Plans 1, 2, 5 and 6 - The final regular payment needs to be paid at least 8 weeks (2 months) prior to the course commencing.
Course Plans 3, 4, 7 and 8 - The one-off payment needs to be paid at least 6 months prior to the course commencing.

How to pay requirements on plans

Course Plans 1, 2, 5 and 6 - Each require the set up of a Standing Order to make the regular payments.

Swapping your course from an Intensive (Crash Course) to a Quick Pass basis

If you book and pay for a Get Ready for 17! plan "Bank a Course" Intensive option, but after some thought, want to change your mind, and actually take the less intensive Quick Pass option instead, there will be an additional £48.00 payment due, to cover the difference between the respective course prices.
Any additional payment due is required in accordance with our normal terms, at least 14 days prior to your course commencing.

Completed Plans

Once FULL payment has been received, we will arrange a FREE "Where r u @?" Assessment Driving Lesson, prior to the course commencing.
As soon as the Theory Test has been passed and the certificate number is known, we will book the Practical Driving Test, along with all your lessons leading up to it.

Incomplete or Part-paid plans (where regular payments have not been maintained)

If any plan is not adhered to, ie any payments are not made on time the

FREE retest offer will be immediately withdrawn

16 - Terms for our "Bank a Block" Plans

Before the pre-paid Block of lessons can commence, the proposed plan holder will need to

Ensure that they can meet and abide by all the pupil responsibilities listed at the top of this page (see term 2 for details).

For these plans to remain valid, it is a requirement to

Pay all the specified regular weekly or monthly amounts, and on time.
Complete the payment term, as per the plan agreement.

Final payment requirements on plans

For all "Bank a Block" Plans - The final regular payment needs to be paid at least 4 weeks (1 month) prior to the tuition taking place.

How to pay requirements on plans

For all "Bank a Block" Plans - It is a requirement to set up a Standing Order to make the regular payments.

Incomplete or Part-paid plans (where regular payments have not been maintained)

If a plan is started but not completed, the reduced amount that is actually paid, providing it is sufficient, can be used to purchase an alternative Get Ready for 17! plan, perhaps a reduced "Bank a Block" plan and/or an "Easy Save" plan, in lieu of future Pay As You Go Driving Lessons.
If money is moved to an "Easy Save" plan, you may still add additional contributions on an ad-hoc basis to increase the "POT" value if you wish.
It is a requirement that any amount held for complete or incomplete plans, is utilised within a 6 month period (from the incomplete plan holders 17th birthday), any unused funds after 6 months will be forfeited.

Refund Policy

Any refund on these plans, will be subject to a £10.00 administration charge.

"Build a POT" and "Easy Save" Plans

17 - Terms for our "Build a POT" and "Easy Save" Plans

Before lessons can commence, the proposed plan holder will need to

Ensure that they can meet and abide by all the pupil responsibilities listed at the top of this page (see term 2 for details).

How to pay requirements on plans

For all "Build a POT" plans - It is a requirement to set up a Standing Order to make the regular payments.
For an "Easy Save" plan - Payments are to be made by Direct Bank Transfer.

Incomplete or Part-paid plans (where regular payments have not been maintained)

If payments are not maintaind on a "Build a POT" plan, the amount actually paid in, will be moved to an "Easy Save" plan, in lieu of future Pay As You Go Driving Lessons.
If money is moved to an "Easy Save" plan, you may still add additional contributions on an ad-hoc basis to increase the "POT" value if you wish.
It is a requirement that any amount held in a "Build a POT" or "Easy Save" plan, is utilised within a 6 month period (from the incomplete plan holders 17th birthday), any unused funds after 6 months will be forfeited.

Refund Policy

Any refund on these plans, will be subject to a £10.00 administration charge.

FREE “Where r u @?” Assessment Driving Lesson

18 - Terms for our FREE Assessment Driving Lesson

This offer is specifically available and designed, to be used in association with our great course ranges, so that the instructor can ascertain where you actually are with your driving.
We also offer this, as part of Get Ready for 17! "Bank the Ultimate" and "Bank a Course" plans, prior to the course commencing.
This lesson time allows you to meet the instructor, check out the car, ask any questions, show the instructor what you can do, and more importantly what you can’t do and therefore need help with, to get up to the required standard.
This lesson time will enable the instructor to recommend the most appropriate course to best meet your individual needs.
The lesson will be up to, but no more than an hour, and may involve no driving at all (as you may not have ever been behind the wheel of a car before), perhaps just a bit, or maybe quite a lot, it really does depend on where you are on your journey to your ultimate freedom.
If you feel you can already do any of the manoeuvres, be warned, you will be asked to demonstrate your ability during this lesson, unaided.
Your instructor will use this lesson time to discuss with you what they believe is the most appropriate course for you, based on what you have shown them, giving you the best possible chance of getting that all important PASS.
Your instructor will use this lesson time to explain the differences between our Ultimate Flexi, Intensive and Quick Pass Driving Courses, along with the respective benefits and prices of the course that they have recommended, what your payment options are, plus any other products, current offers or discounts that you may benefit from.

FREE retest (and extra 4 FREE Driving Lessons where appropriate)

19 - Terms for our FREE retest (FREE Practical Driving Test)

A FREE Practical Driving Test entirely at our expense (Test Fee only), if you complete any of our instructor recommended courses, but do not pass your Practical Driving Test 1st time

This fantastic offer is ONLY available to pupils who have

Taken advantage of our FREE “Where r u @?” Assessment Driving Lesson, and subsequently booked and completed the instructors recommended course, but have been unsuccessful on test day.
Purchased one of our "Bank the Ultimate" or "Bank a Course" savings plans, as part of our Get Ready for 17! range, but have been unsuccessful on test day.

The extra mini-course mentioned immediately below is not appropriate or applicable to our Ultimate Flexi Driving Course, or our "Bank the Ultimate" savings plans, as there are 4 extra FREE Driving Lessons if needed, included as part of the overall package deal.

L@@K! Driving School will cover the cost of your retest, all you need to do is book an additional mini-course with us, for a minimum of 6 hours, and ensure the mini-course is paid for within 28 days of your unsuccessful test.

This fantastic offer is only valid once, and only valid for your 2nd test with us.
This offer is only valid if the extra mini-course is booked with us, and paid for within 28 days of your unsuccessful test.
Your FREE retest will be booked as soon as your payment for your extra mini-course has been received, everything can then be booked into the diary and confirmed at the same time
This offer is time sensitive and is only on the table for 28 days from your unsuccessful test, after this time the offer will be withdrawn.

20 - Terms for our FREE Motorway Driving Lesson

Taken advantage of our FREE “Where r u @?” Assessment Driving Lesson, and subsequently booked and completed our Ultimate Flexi Driving Course, and passed either 1st time, 2nd time as part of our FREE retest offer, or continue with L@@K! Driving School until a pass is achieved.
Purchased one of our "Bank the Ultimate" savings plans, as part of our Get Ready for 17! range, and passed either 1st time, 2nd time as part of our FREE retest offer, or continue with L@@K! Driving School until a pass is achieved.

This fantastic offer will cease to be valid and will be withdrawn if

the appropriate Ultimate Flexi Driving Course or "Bank the Ultimate" plan is cancelled.
an Ultimate Flexi Driving Course is not completed.

These fantastic Cashback offers are ONLY available to pupils who have

Taken advantage of our FREE “Where r u @?” Assessment Driving Lesson, and subsequently booked and completed our Ultimate Flexi Driving Course, and passed 1st time.
Purchased one of our "Bank the Ultimate" savings plans, as part of our Get Ready for 17! range, and passed 1st time.
The cashback is paid out on completion of your Driving Course for a 1st time pass only, and as follows:-
- If you paid by Debit Card or Credit Card, the appropriate amount of Cashback will be refunded to your paying card
- If you paid by Bank Transfer, the appropriate amount of Cashback will be refunded to your designated bank account
- If you paid by Cash, Postal Order or Cheque, the appropriate amount of Cashback will be refunded to your designated bank account
The appropriate Cashback offer will cease to be valid and will be withdrawn if a 1st time pass is not achieved.

Incentive Scheme (Reward Scheme)

22 - Terms for our great Incentive scheme

This fantastic offer is ONLY available to pupils who are, have been, or become pupils of L@@K! Driving School.

Incentive Scheme start date - 1st March 2011 (revised 14th September 2011).
Only pupils recommended on or after 1st March 2011 will be eligible for the Incentive Scheme.
Revised terms only apply to pupils who were recommended from 14th September 2011.
Each reward point for the scheme has a variable monetary value of between £5.00 and £25.00.
Each and every friend you recommend will entitle you to a personal reward, on condition that the recommended friend completes a minimum of 10 hours of tuition with us.
A friend can only be recommended once, and only by one person (the nominated name on the reward card only).
The final reward payment will be based on the number of driving lessons taken between the first Driving Lesson** and will continue until the pupil has taken their first Practical Driving Test with us.
**The reward starts after the completion of 10 hours of tuition, and at this starting point is worth £5.00 (50p per hour)
Any subsequent hours completed, up to and including their first Practical Driving Test, will increase your reward at a rate of 50p per hour up to a maximum reward of £25.00.
Successful recommendation reward payments, will be paid out at the end of the month in which your friend takes their first Practical Driving Test with us.
Eligibility for the reward ceases when your friend takes their first Practical Driving Test with us, so no further reward is payable after this first Driving Test has taken place.
No reward is payable for recommendations who subsequently take less than 10 hours of Driving Lessons with us.
No reward will be greater than £25.00 for any single recommendation.
Your eligibility to earn rewards will not cease when you pass, you can continue to recommend and continue to be rewarded as a thank you for your continued support and custom.

Payment options and Credit Card Fees (where applicable)

23 - Terms in relation to Credit Card payments

Very Important Notice – In the event of cancellation, any Credit Card fee, up to 3.6% (depending on which card you used to make your payment), that was primarily waived by L@@K! Driving School, for whatever reason, will be charged back to you, and deducted from any refund, and in addition to the appropriate fee, any refund will also be subject to the higher of a £10.00 administration fee, or where applicable a non-refundable £100.00 Deposit.
As the intended service is no longer happening, any waiver of fees that would have been offered, never actually came into force, by default of the cancellation.
The actual fee, based on type of card used and your original payment, will be passed back to you, and deducted from any refund that is issued to you.

Secure payment either online or over the phone

If paying by Credit Card there is a fee of up to 3.6%, which will be waived on the condition that the tuition is completed, if however the booking is cancelled, any fee incurred will be passed back to you, and deducted from any refund , and in addition to the appropriate fee, any refund will also be subject to the higher of a £10.00 administration fee, or where applicable a non-refundable £100.00 Deposit.
If paying for any service by Debit Card - No fees apply, however, any refund is subject to the higher of a £10.00 administration fee, or where applicable a non-refundable £100.00 Deposit.

All Card payments are processed securely via Sagepay.

Payment by Direct Bank Transfer, Standing Order, Personal Cheque or Postal Order

If you are paying by any of these non Card options - No fees apply, however, any refund is subject to the higher of a £10.00 administration fee, or where applicable a non-refundable £100.00 Deposit.

Gift Vouchers

24 - Terms for our Gift Vouchers

All of our Gift Vouchers come as Personalised items, and must be redeemed by the person that is named on the voucher.
All of our Gift Vouchers are issued as time sensitive items, and come with a specified expiry date, and it is very important that the first lesson is booked and the voucher redeemed before the expiry date.
Our Block Booking Discount prices apply to all of our normal issued Gift Vouchers (not applicable for Get Ready for 17! plans).
If the intended recipient of the Gift Voucher is a registered student, you can also take advantage of our Student Discount (not applicable for Get Ready for 17! plans).
In order to redeem any of our Gift Vouchers, the recipient / intended user, must ensure that they can meet and abide by all the pupil responsibilities listed at the top of this page (see term 2 for details).

The expiry date will be

6 months from the date of purchase of the Gift Voucher
6 months from a specified Birthday or Christmas Day
6 months from the plan holders 17th Birthday for Get Ready for 17! "Bank the Ultimate", "Bank a Course" and "Bank a Block" plans

Refund Policy

The Gift Voucher will become void and have no cash value if the first lesson is not booked and the voucher redeemed before the expiry date.
No refund will be made for any unused or expired (void) vouchers.

Junior Driver Driving Course - Test Day Offer

25 - Understanding our great Test Day Offer

This offer is only valid in association with the Junior Driver Driving Course
You must attend all of the theory and practical sessions, and complete the Junior Driver Driving Course
After you have completed the Junior Driver Driving Course, you must remain with Look Driving School for the duration of your tuition for this offer to remain valid
The equivalent offer is valid whether you take Pay As You Go Driving Lessons or any of our Driving Courses
- If you take Pay As You Go Driving Lessons, on test day, if you have a 2 hour lesson, it will be FREE
  - If on test day, you have a 3 hour driving lesson, you will only actually pay for 1 hour
  - If on test day, you have a 4 hour driving lesson, you will only actually pay for 2 hours
- If you take one of our great value Driving Courses, the cost of your course will be reduced as follows
  - If you take an Intensive Driving Course, the cost of your driving course will be reduced by 2 hours
  - If you take a Quick Pass Driving Course, the cost of your driving course will be reduced by 2 hours
  - If you take an Ultimate Flexi Driving Course, the cost of your driving course will be reduced by £50.00
  - The cashback offer for a 1st time pass on our Ultimate Flexi Course still applies
This offer only applies to your first 'test day' with Look Driving School
- Normal prices and terms apply to any subsequent tests taken with Look Driving School
- If you are entitled to a FREE retest, our normal FREE retest terms apply on retest day
This offer is not applicable if the Junior Driver Driving Course was either not taken or not completed
