Q9 - What if the test is postponed or cancelled by the DSA?
- In the unlikely event that your test is postponed or cancelled by the DSA, perhaps due to adverse weather conditions, or because your designated examiner has fallen ill, or for that matter, any other unforeseen DSA circumstance, the DSA will contact you directly and re-arrange your test accordingly with you.
- The onus is then on you to make Look Driving School aware of the cancellation, as we will not actually be informed by the DSA.
- Although Look Driving School may book your test on your behalf, in doing so, we are acting purely as a third party, and as such if the DSA do actually cancel your test, Look Driving School as a third party, accept no liability for any costs incurred as a result of the postponement or cancellation.
- The contract for the test is between you the pupil, and the DSA.
- Any losses incurred as a result of the postponement or cancellation will need to be taken up directly with the DSA, by you the pupil.
